Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Dropshipping & Fulfillment Notice

As a result:

  • Return instructions may vary depending on the supplier
  • Customers must contact us first before returning any item
  • Do not send items directly to the manufacturer or supplier without approval

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings and body jewelry (including nose rings and belly rings)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds
